Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Requests for registration cancellation and related refund are discouraged but will be considered for reasons related to extenuating health issues, work, or family matters (e.g., illness, death in family, altered work assignment, change in agency support, other arguably extenuating circumstances outside control of the registrant).

A registration may be transferred to another person qualifying for the category of registration involved.

Cancel by Jan 15 and forfeit 25% of registration; cancel after Jan 15 and forfeit 75% of registration fee due to financial commitments made to the venue after that date.

Decisions by the ORTWS, NWPARC and SNVB in consultation with the Joint Conference Committee are final.
